Pending files Error

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is a DTPO or DTTG issue, but I am seeing it in both apps… get the following error message:

12:56:46 PM: Devon.dtCloud Couldn’t upload 94 pending files.

Is this an issue? Should I be worried about data loss??

Pending file errors occur when there are no contents available to upload or download. If you have only synced metadata via the Download Files: On demand option in DTTG, there are no contents to upload to a new sync location. Is this what you’ve done?

I dont know!!! Can you tell me where to look?? but why 94??

It’s impossible to tell you “why 94”. It could just as well be 3, or 632.

We need more information. In DEVONthink To Go 2, select Help > Contact Us to start a support ticket.

OK, Thanks, although I am seeing the error on my Mac too… I will start the ticket now
