When I switch to DT I am recently seeing these messages about items waiting to upload, but there are no files in the global Inbox (in Finder). The number of files left to be uploaded is increasing.

Does a toolbar search for item:pending find any items or does File > Verify & Repair Database… report any missing files?
item:pending does not return anything.
Inbox verification reports one missing with the option to Repair or Ignore.
Is this an indexed file?
The log says that the missing file is in the trash. It was not unindexed file it was a file that was imported into the database
Emptying the trash should fix the issue.
