On ios 13, the scroll bar can be grabbed for faster navigation. However, this exposes the limited scrolling performance in the file list in DTTG. In contrast, this issue is not present in the grid view.

When you look at it while scrolling, does the stutter always happen where there are thumbnails instead of generic icons?
I tried it a few more times. Yes! It only stutters when there’re thumbnails.

Another idea: What happens when you switch the list from detailed to simple, with no extra info? Does it still stutter?
Yes. It actually stutters more without details. Probably because the thumbnails are shown denser.
