Posting bug reports

I ran into a post about using helpdesk.devontechnologies.com/ for posting bug reports. I started a ticket but I don’t know if it went through.

  1. Can anyone verify if this is the correct mechanism for bug reporting?
  2. Can anyone check if my ticket was started?

If a ticket was successfully opened, you receive an email with the tracking number and linkback. (Assuming a valid an correctly entered email addy was used.) If you did not receive the email, your ticket wasn’t created. In my experience, Support always answers every ticket personally.
