In DT3, Preferences > Data, clicking the ? in the bottom left corner goes to Help > RSS.
Thankfully (once it occurs to the user to scroll down), one can click the Data → link at the bottom right of the help window to go to Data’s help.
On examination, it seems, at least for me, that several of the links are one help pane off. Web goes to Colors, RSS goes to Web…
