Hi,
I am just evaluating Devonthink Pro Office for our small home office.
Now, after launching the server, i am able to access the website (/desktop). But without any databases available.
A click on the refresh button at the top keeps “spinning” while saying: “Updating databases” forever.
No useful log found.
Any ideas?

Databases need to be shared before they will appear in the DEVONthink Server. In the panel that opens when you click File > Database Properties > [name of the database], make sure that “Share Database” is selected.

I still would consider it a bug that the web request is taking “forever” when 0 databases are shared.
