Problem with 3 Pane View - need to scroll to view top file i

Hi, I notice after upgrading to Yosmonite, that when I click into a new folder, I have to scroll to view the top file in the list.

When I clicked into this folder, New Rich Text 1 is hidden, I have to scroll to see it

How can I fix this?
