problem with creating Project from template

For some reason when I create project for new from template I get a splash screen error record my vCard in contacts. Not only does this not make any sense, but following the instructions in the screen does not solve the problem.

I have tried checking the database and re-installing the software.

Hi Everyone, Have been an avid user of DTPO and a reader of the forums for a while now. A great community and a wealth of great people and info. I do have one small problem that I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction with.
