Problem with ScanSnap

Today dt3 suddenly began to take minutes toexport files from scansnapix1500 the display at bottom left just sits there

WHAT IS GOING ON? HELP. PLEASE. WHAT IS A HEART BUTTON Body seems unclear, is it a complete sentence?

  • What operating system are you running?

  • What version of DEVONthink are you running? 3.0.4 is the current public release.

  • Does the issue persist after quitting and relaunching DEVONthink?

    • If so, does it persist after rebooting the machine?

Finding it somewhat difficult to figure out just what you are saying. The “display at the left” that you mention, is that in DEVONthink’s window, or is it the (new) ScanSnap Progress window (which seems to have appeared with an update to the ScanSnap software this week)?

In either case, what does said display say?
