I recently updated to version 3.0beta3 of DEVONThink Pro, and can no longer use the Cntl-opt-cmd-M shortcut to import emails from Apple’s Mail app into DTP. It appears from the Install Add-Ons menu item that the Mac Plug-In is installed. I’ve restarted DTP and Mail, and checked to make sure under the Security & Privacy in System Preferences that the DEVONThink 3 app is checked to allow Full Disk Access. Is there anything else I need to do? Anything else I’m missing?
And just a note: I’m using MacOS Mojave 10.14.5, not a beta of 10.15 Catalina.
Never mind. I found the answer. I had to go into Mail->Preferences->General->Manage Mail Plug-Ins and check the box next to the DevonThink mail bundles item.
Correct. Glad you found it.
It doesn’t help. The Mail plugin is out of function, completely.
(macOS Catalina 10.15 (19A583))
Did you reinstall the Apple Mail plugin via DEVONthink 3 > Install Add-Ons?
