Problems with Mail Plugin when upgrading from V2 to V3

During the installation of the “extras” I’m getting an error message saying

Please check your write permissions and the amount of free space in your home “Library/Mail/Bundles” folder.

I’m installing from a user account. I checked the three folders Library>Mail>Bundles and they all show the user account as having permission to read and write.

How do I fix the problem?

You need to allow DEVONthink “Full Disk Access” in the Privacy pref page.
