Problems with new sync

I’m running DT 2.9 and having big problems with the new sync protocol. The sync seems to work on a couple of my machines, but on my main work iMac, it doesn’t work at all. When I look at the Sync preferences pane, and click on the relevant location (Jennings.dtCloud on Dropbox), I see an incessantly spinning circle.

Any and all advice much appreciated.

Does it work after restarting the app or the computer? Or after deleting the sync location and creating a new one with the same sync store name?

Thanks for the help. Removing the location and re-adding it was the basic solution; if others have similar problems, I also had to remove the problem database from the recalcitrant computer and re-add it from the “Remote” list at the bottom of the right sync pane.
