DT 1.3.1. installed, I can create new databases and open one of my existing ones but when I try to open the other database I use day in and day out the registration info window pops up? I can clear it by entering my info but then it returns when I run the software again.
Does your problem similar to this one ?
(i.e applying a DTPro patch on a DTProOffice application or vice-versa)
