when I purge a file in DTTG4 it immediately downloads again automatically. I am using exactly the same procedure as on DTTG3 where purged files stayed purged. Is there a setting on DTTG4 that I’ve ignored? Or is it a bug?

Please clarify what you’re reporting.
- Are you saying you purge a document and it downloads again when you select it?
- If so, that is not a bug. Disable Settings > Documents > Automatically download.
The problem was that I purged a document and it immediately re-downloaded without any action on my part, i.e. without selecting it again. I did have the setting: ‘Automatically download’ disabled. So I enabled and then re-disabled it a couple of times and the problem seems resolved. Thanks for your swift response

Yes, that is an accurate description
It was almost instantaneous so I didn’t get a chance to move the cursor away from the document icon
