I import an email message from Mail.
I go to DTPO, and select the message.
When I click on the blue underlined link above the message, it generates a new “reply” to the message in question.
Is this expected behavior?
For some reason I was under the impression that clicking on that link would open a copy of the message in Mail. But I think I may be mistaken.
This has always been the behaviour in the Pro Office behaviour of imported emails. If you want to open it in Mail, use the contextual menu’s “Open with…”.
Yes, that’s the expected behavior.
To open an archived message in Mail, Control-click (right click) on it and choose the contextual menu option, ‘Open With’. The default will be Mail.
