I added the “File Web Clippings” Smart Rule to my DevonThink this evening. I’m confused about how to find the file structure that I think it’s creating. Should I see Web Clippings as a group in my sidebar?

It will be a group in the Inbox.
Also, the smart rule is set to On Demand so it only runs when you execute it manually. You can add another event trigger, e.g., On Clipping, if you’d like.
