Question on search

My apologies if this question has been asked already.

I’ve noticed that once I exceed a certain number of characters, the search “fails.”

Let me explain, I have documents in the following format, yyyy-mm-dd - vendor name. When I search for “yyyy-mm-dd” search works just fine. If I enter the vendor name, for example, “yyyy-mm-dd - vendor” then the search fails.

Any ideas?

Why do you put a hypen before „vendor“?

A hyphen means „not“.

Ah - I did not realize that …
The hyphen is more for readability than anything else … but now I know … thank you!
