Question Regarding Annotations in PDF Documents

Good Morning.

I’ve an indexed PDF file of a scanned document in DTPO. My DTPO main window is divided in three parts. The document is shown right bottom in the preview part of the main window. An orange square on one page of this document marks an annotation which has been added in Preview.app to this document. When I place the cursor over this square, it turns into a hand with an index finger. But I can not see the text of this annotation. Only when I open the document in a separat window I can read the annotation.

Is there a way to read the annotation by only moving or placing the cursor over the square?

The window shouldn’t matter actually. Could you please post a screenshot of both windows? Thanks!

You could either customize the toolbar of the main window or use Edit > PDF Document > Tool > Annotation Selection to enable selecting/editing of annotations.
