Readability settings - annotations font too small?

**Does anyone know how to change the font size of the annotations? **

I would like to set the font to be larger (note the real size of this image is much smaller) , so my markings jump out rather than the current setting ie (1) small font (2) low font-background contrast

This is not currently possible. It may be a feature in a future version.
