Registration of D'sphere Express bought in App Store

Hi,

I’ve bought DEVONsphere Express some time ago in the App Store. Since some days, when starting, there’s only a registration window showing up. When typing in my name and the number of the Apple receipt, nothing happens. I tried with copy & paste from the receipt to no avail, downloading D’sphere again from the apple store didn’t help either. What am I supposed to do, do I have to buy the software again?

Have you run any utilities that remove “excess resources” (like extra languages, etc.) from applications?

Go into Launchpad and find DEVONsphere Express.
Click and hold on it.
If it’s the version from the App Store, you’ll see the encircled X. If you don’t see it, then it’s our free world version.
