Registration trouble

So, I bought DN several days ago, and received an email containing an invoice and promising another email with my delivery.

I tried entering a code or two from the invoice, but I have no organization name, and whenever I enter the code, the ‘register’ button stays faded and unclickable.

You should have received a license code email from DEVONtechnologies. The registration is composed of three elements (Name, Organization-if any, License Code). Each of those elements must be entered EXACTLY (no typos or changes, copy/paste works) into the corresponding fields in the registration panel (Help > Enter License).

After entering the last field, press the Tab key. The Register button should activate so that you can click on it to finish.

If you haven’t seen your license code email and if you have a spam filter enabled, please take a look in your junk mail folder.

If you have changed your email address since purchasing registration, please send a request to Support to have the email address updated on our license code server.
