Reinstalled macOS and DTPO, activated Dropbox but no data

Hello,

I have synced all my databases to Dropbox and then reinstalled the OS.

Installed Dropbox (let everything come in from the cloud), installed DTPO, activated/authorized my Dropbox but I don’t see any databases in the program.

How do I get my databases from Dropbox into Devonthink?

Please advise.

I just responded to your Ticket.

Thanks, all good now.

To anyone treading this way, here are a few things I learned:

  1. Make sure you enter the correct .dtCloud folder prefix in DTTP’s settings and then you should be able to see all your remote databases. Then it’s just a matter of importing them one by one to get all your data back.

  2. “The Sync data is stored in your Dropbox account but should only be stored online. In your Dropbox application’s Preferences > Account > Selective Sync, make sure theApps/DEVONthink Packet Sync folder is unchecked.”
