Repeatedly generate empty folders

I imported a video folder named “请回答 1988” and moved it from inboxes to another database, but an empty folder with the same name “请回答 1988” was automatically generated in inboxes.

I tried to completely delete this empty folder, but when I closed and reopened the software, it automatically generated again.

I have tried many methods, including restarting the computer, but the problem still persists.

Is there still such an empty folder in ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3/Inbox?

I followed the path to find this empty folder, and yes, it does exist.

When I delete files here, new empty folders will no longer be created in the software.
