Resolution issue on MacBook Pro since 3.5

Since the 3.5 upgrade, the interface is in low resolution on the Retina screen of my MacBook Pro. Restarting the Mac hasn’t solved the issue. Is it a known bug or something wrong with my system? DEVONthink is the only app presenting this issue.

My config: MacBook Pro 13" 2019 (2,4 GHz Core i5, 16 Go RAM) with Catalina 10.15.3.

Is the option to open the app in low resolution (see Finder’s Info window) disabled?
