Resource Unavailable

Hi,

I converted a CHM (compressed HTML) file to HTML, and imported the resulting “site” into DT. I then deleted the HTML, thinking I wouldn’t need it anymore. However, when I try to click on a link within any of the imported pages, an error pops up with “resource unavailable”. I imagine the problem is that the link in the HTML is hardcoded to some location on disk that no longer exists. How can I correct this problem? I don’t really want to keep the files on my HDD in addition to the DT database…

thanks

One of the main problems you will run into, is, that HTML files are stored directly in the database structure, not as regular files. So, I would guess that the only save way of storing a complete “mini web site” including images and functioning hard links is to keep the original folder and simply index it from within DEVONthink.
