Safari Bookmarklet Opens DEVONthink Personal

I have been demoing DT Pro Office. A bookmarklet that I installed in Safari does not place items in the Global Inbox; instead it opens the copy of DEVONthink Personal that I have residing on my iMac.

I have been unable to find a preference setting in either DTProOffice or Safari that changes this behavior. Is there a fix for this problem?

We recommend against having two copies of a DEVONthink application in the Applications folder. OS X Services and scripts could become confused.

Solution: Remove the DEVONthink Personal application file from the Applications folder, then logout/login or restart.

I moved two extra copies of DEVONthink out of the Applications folder then logged out/in and the bookmarklet is working as advertised.
