Same fonts and appereance of DTTG in DT3

I really like fonts and appereance in DTTG.
How can I replicate the same on DT3?

What kind of documents actually? DEVONthink supports various formats.

RTF and MD, on DTTG they look pretty the same.

By default the fonts in Preferences > Editing are used on the Mac.
