When I save a note I usually have to scroll within the “Save” window’s small display area to get to the target category/folder. At its greatest size it’s still a very small window compared to other Mac apps. Its vertical dimension is the primary problem; at its maximum size it still occupies a lot less than half of my display’s usable height. Resizable windows have been around for a long time. DT’s Save window is only resizable from small to smaller.

When you save a note from… where? Post a screen capture of what you’re referring to.
PS: There is no note in DEVONthink. That is a use case, not a format.
“Note” is NOT my term. DT uses the term “Note” to describe WHATEVER I select for inclusion into my database. It’s the only way I’ve ever saved anything using DT. See first picture.
The second picture shows the DT “Save” screen at its maximum size, which is less than half of the height and a small fraction of the width of my display.
Thank you for the feedback, an upcoming release will increase the maximum size.
