I have an “Inbox” group selected as the default for new notes in Import preferences, but when I scan in new documents they either go to the current selected group, or the top level if no current selection (or if DTPO is not running prior to scanning). This is not the desired behavior. I’d like for ALL new items, including scanned documents, to go to my “Inbox” group. Any way to make this happen?
Not at the moment. Imported scans for OCR are not considered identical to “New Notes” as the Import preference pane states. A solution could be to write an Automator or AppleScript applet that does the right thing and set that as the target of your scanning application.
