Scanning documents into DT3

I used to have a Fuji ScanSnap, that would allow me to scan directly in to DT2, but alas it’s no more. I now have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 (all in one - do everything) printer/scanner, and as well as a ton of documents that I’d like to scan and import into DT3, as easily, directly and automated as possible.

Will someone please enlighten me on this process, considering my new printer and DT3?
