Scans from Scansnap to DTPO3 not going through

I am using Mac Mojave OS 10.14.6. I believe I correctly connected my DTPO to my Scansnap S1300i. Unfortunately when I scan to DTPO, I get an error message from Scansnap saying, “An error occurred while processing the images.” Any suggestions on correcting this? Thank you in advance.

Are you referring to DEVONthink Pro Office, i.e., in the 2.x line?
