Hello, I am thinking of going back to DEVONthink after an absence where I was distracted by other products. I would start with upgrading to the standard edition of Ver.3 and I’m wondering if I could get the same or similar results as Pro Office by using the ABBYY OCR software in ScanSnap Home…or is this even possible?

The Standard edition can be a target for ScanSnap Home, but there is no OCR in the standard edition. You could use SSH’s OCR capabilities and output to DEVONthink. However, you should not set the output folder the DEVONthink’s Global Inbox. We suggest you leave the working folder in SSH at its default location.
