Until now, I have been able to scan from Scansnap Home to Devonthink 3 without any problems. The group window opened and I was able to assign the scan to a group.
In Devonthink 4, I cannot create a scan profile in ScanSnap Home. An error message always appears stating that an invalid folder has been set as the scan destination.
Devonthink 4 has full hard drive access.
I would appreciate some help.
That is an error message from ScanSnap Home, not DEVONthink.
DEVONthink doesn’t control or have anything to do with that software’s settings.
I would ask if ScanSnap Home has full disk access as well.
PS: Have you deleted the DEVONthink 3 app from the /Applications directory and rebooted the machine? You should not have both 3 and 4 available on the same account, on the same Mac.
