I am having trouble connecting my shiny new snansnap with DTPO. After installing the scansnap manager, I launched DT and the expected dialogue came up, I said yes to everything. Then I scanned a document, but DT wasn’t one of the target applications.

I tried using the terminal commands in the help file to reactivate, but neither terminal commands did anything.

Help is appreciated.

Have you deactivated the Quick Menu option in ScanSnap Manager as suggested by the application? Can you check of DEVONthink Pro Office is the target app in ScanSnap Manager? If not, try adding it manually.
