ScanSnap scan into DT ProOffice without prompt for file name

Is it possible to configure ScanSnap or DT so that there be no request for the file name after the document is scanned?

i will like to be able to keep scanning documents and the feeds to go directly to the OCR and saving within DT, without interumptions of prompts for file names etc.

Please let me know if this is possible.

If it’s the ScanSnap Manager asking for a file name you can switch that off in the ScanSnap Manager’s settings. If it’s the metadata entry dialog of DEVONthink Pro Office uncheck “Enter metadata after text recognition” in Preferences > OCR.

I dislike that modal prompt, too, as it stops the queue while waiting for my response.

In DEVONthink Pro Office Preferences > OCR uncheck the option, “Enter metadata after text recognition”.
