ScanSnap scans not appearing in DT intermittently v3.5.1

A notification appears that my scan is being sent to DT, but it never appears in the program. Usually I see a pop up window where I can edit keywords, but about 1/2 the time I’m not seeing the window, nor am I seeing the scan in the in box.
If I reboot DT the problem seems to correct itself, at least temporarily.

I’m also noting that sometimes it’s difficult to access an open DT window on my Mac, even though the program is running. I have to use the menu bar app to open a window. Not sure if that is a related problem.
I just updated to 3.5.1 and this particular problem appeared afterwords. Here’s the information on my system:

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
This way we can handle this in support and have the logs, etc. Thanks!
