Script Error in Mac OS High Sierra

Hi-

My DevonThink scripts are getting errors after working fine for months. Specifically, the Display Group Selector function fails.

Many scripts use this line:

set theGroup to uuid of (display group selector “Add to what group?”)

That brings up the error:

DEVONthink Pro got an error: AppleEvent handler failed.

Meanwhile, in DevonThink, the “Add to what group?” dialog box pops up, but it won’t go away, no matter which button I press. I have to force quite DevonThink to be able to move on.

This is an issue of High Sierra on Touch Bar computers (caused by an internal exception of Cocoa), the upcoming version 2.9.16 will include a workaround.

Good to hear the problem is known and will be solved. Any idea about when the update will be available?
