Search "bug" or true functionality?

I have put two exact same word documents inside a folder on my DTTG 2.1:

  • One word document is first imported into Devonthink Pro Office on my Mac and than synced to DTTG

  • The other word document is opened in iOS Mail App and than opened in DTTG (bypassing Deventhink Pro Office).

When searching for a word inside these word documents in DTTG, the search only displays the word document synched to DTTP from Devonthink Pro Office. Is this a bug?

It’s half a bug. On the Mac we are able to index Word documents with a Spotlight plugin for Word documents. On iOS we don’t have anything like this. Therefore the Word document coming from the Mac contains searchable text, the one added to DTTG2 on iOS doesn’t.
