I am rather new to DA so bear with me if my question is naive.
Is there a way to get results from Facebook group posts?
I managed to create a working plugin for the Facebook group I am interested in searching for, but the plugin does not retrieve anything: the log just shows the one page for the group search results page: www.facebook.com/groups/158304810850737/search/?q=example
Ultimately my goal would be to have some plugin/search set that would search an assortment of Facebook groups and maybe some other social platforms for results for my search query.

This page requires JavaScript, a simple plugin therefore doesn’t work unfortunately. It might be nonetheless possible to write a plugin but this isn’t an easy task so far as this requires analyzing of the requests of this page and the returned responses and whether any requests return XML/JSON responses containing the results.
