I’m using DTPO v2.4.3 and have the following observation using the “Search”-function (over two databases):

the result list is e.g. path “Archive1 > Tags”, containing several *.tif; each tif is visible with a preview-icon (file content is visible as minimized version), double-click on a tif opens the related document => This result is as expected.

the result list is e.g. path “Inbox > Tags”, containing several *.pdf or *.jpg; there is only the default-icon (PDF), no preview-icon. Double-click on a pdf/jpg results in “no file” (if PDF) or empty windows (if JPG) => This behavior is not as expected.
Any ideas/hints for this behaviour?
