Search in file not available (greyed out)

Hi,

I think/hope I am missing something here, but I cannot search within files in DTTG 2 2.0.4.
The global search works - even for file content - but if I select a file (for example any searchable PDF) the little magnifying glas in the top right corner is always greyed out.

Can someone give me a hint what I am doing wrong?

Confirmed. It looks like, in 2.0.4, that the search spyglass is only present in PDFs, and in PDFs it is always un-selectable. (iPad Pro 9.7" – iOS 10.0.2)
