Welcome @leebutler
Apple has not made sharing from Apple Mail (or Notes) a friendly thing to do.
The best you could do on a device that supports full split screen is to drag and drop from Mail to DEVONthink To Go.
I have used the drag/drop from Mail to DEVONthink To Go and did get an email item in the database, but I am not getting search hits on content inside the email. Search against the email title works. [Just tried this again and I am wrong, searching against even the title doesn’t work]
Am I missing something??
I am not seeing an issue here…
If you can’t find items in a search in DEVONthink To Go, select Help > Appendix > URL Commands > Performing Service Tasks and click the Execute link under reindex. Then quit and relaunch the application.
I wasn’t expecting to need a complete reindex, but I wll give that a try.
Thanks.
