Searching automatically opens the Inspector panel

I haven’t found a way to prevent DT3B6 to automatically open an Inspector Panel whenever I enter a search term, so I’d like to propose this: don’t change the UI automatically :slight_smile:

Thanks for the suggestion! This is currently intentional to display search occurrences of selected documents immediately.

I probably wouldn’t ask for it if I were using a 27" iMac. On my old MacBook Air it’s another matter.

I agree. I don’t want the inspector to automatically open on my MacBook, but it is fine on my 27" iMac.
