Searching Database for "//"

I’m brand new to DEVONthink and would appreciate your help. I’m trying to search a group of word documents for the following two characters: ```

//


The text will appear like the following: 
[quote]
ADVENT 1// 
[/quote]

[quote]
XR KING//
[/quote]

[quote]
PENT 19 // 
[/quote]
When I search for ```

//

``` or ```

"//"

```, the search returns everything. Any suggestions?
