I am new to Dtpo. Try to find the right structure, which fits my needs.
Best idea so far is to use several databases, depending on whom I want to pass them later. I.e. I want all my personal documents in one database, while documents related to my girlfriend should be in another database. Documents for my registered society have to be collected in another database and so on.
Anyhow, there are files, pertaining more than one database. I don’t want to copy or link each document to several databases. I want to keep it simple. If not every file is everywhere, this is not a too big problem.
Most important is to find every file. What do I have to do, to search in all databases the same time?
