# See also & classify: "documents" section does not appear only "groups"

Hi  
For some reason on any document I suddenly have no “documents” suggestion only “groups” suggestion in the See also & classify tab.  
It was working before but not anymore, I restarted Devonthink  
What would you please suggest ?

The inspector remembers the last position of the divider which can be both moved to the top (no groups visible) or to the bottom (no documents visible). The mouse cursor should change over the top/bottoms edge of the inspector in these cases and you should be able to move the divider again.

I am sorry I guess 2 yrs ago I had found where the edges of the inspector or this divider were and what to do exactly but I do not find it back and I have the same issue which I cannot solve now, would you please be so kind to help ? Thank you very much. Kind regards

With the cursor at the very bottom edge of the window I could find back, grab and pull up the hidden “Documents” pane

In Devonthink 4.2, when the Documents section of See Also is hidden by dragging the divider between Groups and Documents to the bottom of the window, it can be difficult to get the cursor over the one pixel wide line at the bottom of the inspector to drag up and reopen the documents section.

The recent visual redesign to Liquid Glass may be contributing. The challenge is that when the mouse is moved to the bottom of the inspector, the cursor can show a window resize icon but moving the cursor a very small amount, about a pixel, shows a slightly different cursor which allows for moving the documents pane back into view. I am a very experienced DEVONthink and macOS user and found this somewhat difficult to figure out. Here are some screenshots showing the very subtle difference.

Could be this is mainly about the UI changes in macOS Tahoe. From what I’ve read the click/drag targets are a bit wonky…

Thank you! I didn’t set up a new topic as my issue was somewhat similar to the one involving the missing groups issue. I am glad that development will get a chance to see this.

I think that is certainly possible, but it is possible that the recent UI redesign for DevonTHINK may also contribute. I had never noticed this before the latest UI update, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a potential issue then either. The cursor choices may also add to the confusion. When one pulls the Documents section down, the cursor is the up down arrow with a horizontal bar in between the arrows, which is the resize window cursor as well. However, when the Documents section is fully hidden, the cursor changes (probably appropriately) to the up arrow with a horizontal bar on the bottom when over the Documents resizing area. Unfortunately, the window resize target, located only a pixel or two away from that target, causes the cursor to change to the same double arrow, horizontal bar that is used for resizing the documents. The close proximity leads one to think that when the double arrow cursor appears, it is for resizing documents. An unaware user can be confused about which target area the mouse cursor is over as a result.
