See Also works the same as always for me in version 4.3.

Do you see an empty “Documents” list in the inspector, or has the list completely disappeared?

Perhaps you accidentally dragged the divider all the way to the bottom, like in this post:

In Devonthink 4.2, when the Documents section of See Also is hidden by dragging the divider between Groups and Documents to the bottom of the window, it can be difficult to get the cursor over the one pixel wide line at the bottom of the inspector to drag up and reopen the documents section.
