Maybe I am overlooking something obvious, but I can’t figure out how to tell AppleScript to select the whole line (or paragraph) in which the cursor is sitting.
Perhaps someone here can enlighten me?

I think that might be possible in some high-powered text editors (BBEdit, etc), but I don’t think it is in DT or TextEdit. Might need an AppleScript addition/extension thingy to do it in DT.
