I’m still experimenting with DT, and there is something that I’ve not yet fully understood: does the semantic search (the “see also” function) work with languages other than English? Sometimes it seems it does with my Italian texts, some others no. Is is a case that it succeeds, or that it fails?
See Also doesn’t “know” languages. It looks at possible contextual relationships among text strings in a database. So the short answer is that it will seek for such relationships regardless of language; it will do that for Italian or English or Hungarian documents. The larger and more coherent the database, the ‘smarter’ it will seem.
