How do you set DevonThink 3 default view to list instead of icons?
The view can be changed via the View menu or the path bar. DEVONthink remembers the view for each group. Subgroups use by default the view of the enclosing group. Enabling the preference to retain the view (see Preferences > General) doesn’t change the view after switching to another database/group.
Thank you - I was trying to select my 1400 tags and get them to all be in list view - but overlooked the preference setting for retaining the view - now I’m a happy camper
